2 cups White Rice
3 cups Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tblsp Olive Oil
Place all ingredients in medium saucepan
Bring to boil
Reduce heat to low and cover tightly
Simmer for 18 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
(Do not remove lid during simmer time as steam cooks rice)
Fluff with fork, serve
